Director, Co-founder & Senior-consultant Psychiatry
Dr Rakshathi completed her MD in Psychiatry from NIMHANS in 2015. Subsequently she has obtained post-doctoral training in neuromodulation and neuroimaging from some of the prestigious centres for clinical care and research excellence in the world including Columbia University Medical Center (CUMC), New York, US and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC – Harvard University) Boston, US.
Dr Rakshathi’s clinical approach integrates treatments along the biological, psychological and social dimensions to mental health. Her expertise spans treatments for schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety and other mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, stress relates disorders across lifespan.
In addition to her clinical excellence, Dr Rakshathi has been a productive researcher. She has been a Principal Investigator on multiple studies funded by prestigious bodies such as India Alliance – Wellcome trust, Department of Health Research, Govt of India.
At Manosuraksha she aims to bring together the best of evidence based practices in mental health, leading a multidisciplinary team of dedicated clinicians.

Consultant – Child and adolescent Psychiatry
Dr Sowmyashree is renowned for her extensive expertise in treating families with children and adolescents experiencing developmental disorders such as Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Developmental Disorder, Learning Difficulties, mood disorders and anxiety disorders, childhood Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), psychoses, and various types of family pathology.

Consultant Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy
Ms Sangeetha is trained at NIMHANS, with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology. she finds immense meaning to traverse collaborative journeys with persons seeking psychotherapy to heal. From a framework of social justice and interest in community mental health, she hopes to make at least a tiny difference in people’s lives.

Consultant Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy
Dr Chaitra trained at NIMHANS with an MPhil and a PhD in Clinical Psychology. She has more than 8 years of experience in various forms of therapies for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Her PhD research involved studying the impact of trauma on women’s mental health from NIMHANS.

Consultant Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy
Ms Pooja trained at PGI, Chandigarh with and MPhil in Clinical Psychology. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in the understanding that every individual has the capacity to grow and heal if given a safe therapeutic milieu. Being trauma-informed, she helps individuals in creating a secure connection between their bodies and minds. This practice allows her to help individuals to reclaim and enhance their sense of safety and connection to themselves and others.

Consultant Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy
Mr Prateek is trained at NIMHANS with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology. Prateek additionally holds a psychoanalytic fellowship from Washington Baltimore Center for Psychoanalysis, USA. He works with individuals facing complex mental health challenges, including somatisation, OCD, and personality vulnerabilities with his primary approach deriving from psychodynamic and analytic schools of therapy.

Consultant Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy
Ms Gopika trained at NIMHANS with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology. She specialises in Individual therapy with children, adolescents, and young adults with disorders, anxiety spectrum and personality vulnerabilities. She holds expertise in the of attachment based and skill based approaches to psychotherapy among children.

Consultant Clinical Psychology and psychotherapy
Dr Sindhuja trained at NIMHANS with an MPhil and a PhD in clinical psychology. She has over 10 years of intensive training and experience in working with individuals with various common mental health conditions including depression and anxiety, personality disorders and interpersonal concerns. She is trained in well-researched psychotherapeutic frameworks and uses an eclectic approach focused on promoting personal growth and wellbeing.

Consultant Clinical Yoga Therapy
Ms Harshita specialises in clinical yoga for mental health. Her approach integrates the ancient wisdom of yoga with contemporary neuroscience. With a compassionate, evidence-based approach, she designs personalized yoga programs for individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, neurological disorders, chronic pains, and other mental health concerns.

Consultant Psychotherapy, Family and Couples therapy
Dr Bhuvaneshwari is an Assistant Professor at Christ University, Bengaluru. In 2022, she completed her MPhil and Ph.D. in Psychiatric Social Work from NIMHANS Bengaluru. She has 10+ years of clinical experience. She is a trained psychotherapist and clinical supervisor specialising in Family therapy and Clinical Social Work.

Consultant Neuropsychology
Vaishnavi Bhat, specialises in cognitive retraining and neuropsychological assessments. With a Master’s in Neuropsychology from Christ University she has experience supporting individuals of all ages with neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders. Vaishnavi develops personalised strategies to enhance cognitive function, provides counselling, and educates families to manage cognitive challenges, promoting mental health and well-being.

Consultant Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy
Ms Vybhavi is trained in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, compassion-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. She works with clients experiencing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, OCD, interpersonal difficulties, grief, trauma-related concerns, and personality-related challenges. She grounds her judgement in attachment and existential perspectives, which allow her to place the client’s lived experience at the centre of the therapeutic process.

Front Desk Manager I
Mrs Nandini manages the appointments, payments, and the day to day needs of the clinic from 3 pm till 8 30 pm. A native of Bengaluru, she is fluent in Kannada and can manage to converse in English and Hindi. With more than one year experience in managing mental health establishment she is well versed with understanding the unique needs of our patients and families.
